The annual auction offers a number of wonderful items up for bid. Past items have included pool memberships, summer camps, fitness classes, sightseeing tours, sports memorabilia and too many gift cards to local shops and restaurants to count.
Online Auction Rules and Information

The 2019 online auction for the DuFief Elementary School (“DuFief”) PTA will run from 8:00pm EST on Friday, March 27, 2020, to 10:00pm EST on Friday, April 10, 2020.
Some auction items are open only to the DuFief community and are marked as such. The DuFief PTA reserves the right to delete any bids that do not meet the bidder requirements of each listing.
Once the auction closes and payment has been confirmed, auction chairs will contact the winner to organize delivery or facilitate contact with the donor.
Winners can expect to pick up items at the school during school hours, or as arranged otherwise with the Auction Chair.
Payments for auction items will be made through the BiddingOwl website, via credit card or PayPal. BiddingOwl uses PayPal as both a payment method and for credit card authentication.
All items are sold “as is.” All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds are possible. Please note any specific limitations, blackout dates, expiration dates or exclusions before bidding. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make arrangements and/or reservations with the donor for all services.
All values stated are as estimated by the donor, where available, and are not warranted by the DuFief PTA for the purposes of valuation or tax consequences.
Successful bidders for auction items are advised that activities, services, products, events and parties are not sponsored or supervised by the DuFief PTA, nor does the DuFief PTA accept liability or responsibility for such purchases at the auction, including, but not limited to, failure of delivery, failure of performance, and/or claims for personal injury or property damage.
